We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Eligibility for Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Contact the vendor directly to request a cancellation.
Cancellation Process:
- Log in to your Hopshop.lk account and navigate to your orders.
- Request a cancellation from the vendor.
- The vendor will confirm if the order can be canceled.
Refund for Cancellations:
- If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be credited to your Hopshop.lk account, allowing you to purchase different items. The refund process will be completed by the vendor within 7 working days.
Dispute Resolution:
- In case of any issues with cancellations, Hopshop.lk will mediate between the customer and the vendor.
