Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  1. Eligibility for Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
    • Contact the vendor directly to request a cancellation.
  2. Cancellation Process:

    • Log in to your Hopshop.lk account and navigate to your orders.
    • Request a cancellation from the vendor.
    • The vendor will confirm if the order can be canceled.
  3. Refund for Cancellations:

    • If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be credited to your Hopshop.lk account, allowing you to purchase different items. The refund process will be completed by the vendor within 7 working days.
  4. Dispute Resolution:

    • In case of any issues with cancellations, Hopshop.lk will mediate between the customer and the vendor.
    • Reach out to our support team for help.
