  4. Refunds for Returns:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, a refund will be credited to your Hopshop.lk account, allowing you to purchase different items.
  5. Dispute Resolution:

    • If a return issue arises, Hopshop.lk will assist in resolving the dispute between the customer and the vendor.
