    • Certain items such as clothes and undergarments are not eligible for refunds.

    • Provide order details and reason for the refund request.
    • Vendors must process refunds within 7 working days of receiving a valid request.
    • Refunds will be credited to your Hopshop.lk account, allowing you to purchase different items.
  3. Dispute Resolution:

    • If there is a dispute between a customer and a vendor regarding a refund, Hopshop.lk will intervene to resolve the issue.
